The device displayed an OC1 error, indicating activation of the output overcurrent protection. In this case, the current transformers on the U and V lines, labelled LA-25NP, need to be replaced.
A series of high-power, compact FRENIC MEGA frequency converters from Fuji Electric Ltd. The device failed the diode test, revealing a fully short-circuited main power IGBT module. Replacing the IGBT module also revealed a damaged TLP421 optocoupler with its external diode, which was replaced with a generic PC817.
